Dear patient's

The health and safety of all our patients and staff are our top priority. It has been a challenging year and we have been forced to make changes to continue treatment for our patients. Our office remains open with safety guidelines during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

As an effort to comply with social distancing, we are now offering telehealth appointments. COMSI is currently using "AiTcom" for our telehealth visits.

In order to reduce the spreading of the virus within our local community, we ask that you please do your part and follow the safety guidelines.

What we know about COVID-19

The virus causes a mild to severe respiratory illness. It is spread through droplets or fluid that a person coughs or sneezes into the air or by touching a surface with the virus on it then touching your mouth, nose, or eyes.

Symptoms

The most common symptoms include fever, cough, trouble breathing, severe respiratory illness and in some cases death.

Here's what were doing to help

We are asking all patients if they have any symptoms mentioned above to please STAY HOME. Everyone that comes in the office will be required to wear a face mask and have their temperature taken. We are kindly asking patients to please come in by themselves. If patients need assistance, they may bring one person only to the office with them. For the underage patient, one legal guardian is required to come in with the patient. Everyone must wear a face mask when coming to the office.
